Privacy policy
Last updated 11 October 2026. This page explains what personal data this website and our demo calls use, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
ReelFold builds custom content systems for online coaches. The controller of your personal data is legal name, registered address. You can reach us at contact email about anything on this page.
What this website collects
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking. We host our fonts ourselves, so opening a page does not send your details to a font provider.
Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., processes technical data when you load a page: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you asked for and the time. It uses this to deliver the site and keep it secure, and keeps it in server logs for a short time. Vercel is based in the United States, so this data may be processed outside the European Union under the safeguards the law requires, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
When you book a demo call
Booking a call happens in a scheduling tool run by a third party on our behalf. It collects what you type into the booking form, usually your name, email address and your answers to a few questions about your coaching and your content. We use this only to prepare for the call, hold it and follow up about it.
The legal basis is that you asked us to take these steps before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where we follow up after the call, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering people who contacted us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and you can tell us to stop at any time.
When you email us
If you write to us, we use your email address and whatever you put in the message to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you.
If you become a client
To build and run your content system, we process the material you give us: your recordings, photos, captions, brand files and the account connections you set up. That work is covered by your client agreement, which lists the providers involved and how long data is kept. This policy does not replace it.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the reason we collected it. Booking and email details that do not lead to working together are deleted within 12 months of our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the providers that run this website and our bookings for us, and only for those purposes, or where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you
- correct it if it is wrong
- delete it
- limit how we use it, or object to how we use it
- give it to you, or to someone else, in a common format
Write to contact email and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.
Children
This website and our services are for adults running a business. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use personal data, we update this page and the date at the top.
